All students deserve to learn. All students deserve to feel safe, happy, and affirmed. School is a place to develop identity, cultivate community, and imagine possible futures.
In order to learn, students need to have their basic needs met. This includes belonging, significance, and fun. As a certified practitioner of Responsive Classroom, I build a community that teaches students how to get the most out of their time in school, academically, socially, and emotionally.
